  • Your calorie budget no longer grows when you exercise. Logged and imported workouts used to add their estimated burn straight onto the day's allowance. Those estimates commonly run high, so the budget quietly inflated. Workouts are still tracked and still count toward your goals, they just do not change the number.
  • If you prefer the old behaviour, turn on Add exercise calories back in Settings, Calorie budget. It is off by default for everyone.

Fixes for using STATE outside the United States. STATE launched in 148 countries with a few US assumptions still baked in. These are those.

  • STATE now starts in metric units if your region uses them, instead of defaulting to pounds and inches. If you already chose your units, your choice is unchanged.
  • Share cards show kilometres instead of always showing miles.
  • Prices always appear in your local currency. Previously a US dollar amount could briefly show before the App Store finished loading.
  • Voice food logging follows your language where your device supports it, rather than only listening in English.
  • Corrected date handling for devices set to a non-Gregorian calendar, which had been sending the wrong year to the coach.
  • Goal targets show the right unit for your system.
  • Consistent app name and legal details throughout.
